We would like to thank you for the wonderful care and attention you give to our cats, Minou and Toto, when we are on holiday. As you know in the last two years we moved house and retired with plans to do some travelling. We previously had a great cat feeding neighbour and realised that we would have to make new arrangements. We considered various options - we tried a cattery (the cats survived, but owner wasn`t happy) and even thought about finding the cats another home, but we then saw your advert! Trusting your pets and house to someone new is a big issue but you presented yourselves very professionally when we first met. Now, having used your services several times, we can only say how absolutely delighted we are at the way you care for the cats and keep an eye on the house with twice daily visits. Real `added-value`. You are approachable, reliable and friendly. As a result we have two contented cats as well as owners! We employed David a few years ago, when we needed a dog walker during the day because of work commitments. Well...our boy, Teddy, took to David straight away. Always on time, and always friendly, we feel our dog had excellent treatment....like royalty !
As the business grew, David hired Lisa, who has been superb in caring for ou boy.
So, having now moved to Hong Kong, and awaiting our beloved Tibetan Terrier, all we can do is say huge THANK YOU to K9 and Felines. You are trully the best service, and we will find it hard to replace your care. here in Asia.
