General Conditions
We can only walk dogs that have been neutered and bitches who are not in season on one to one walks.
Owners must make sure their dogs have vaccinations and flea control in place.They should also have a lead and collar with ID tag.
Payment Terms
By : Cash / Cheque / BACS
For Home Boarding and House Sitting a deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Balance to be paid on day of sitting or your departure.
Payment for Dog Walking is required in advance.
Our rates exclude any congestion charges which may apply in parts of central London.
Cancellations Charges
Dog Walking :
We need 24 hours notice of cancellation or the fee will be charged.
House Sitting and Home Boarding :
Where booking is cancelled giving less than 2 weeks notice the full deposit is payable.
Where booking is cancelled giving 2 to 4 weeks notice, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit.
It is agreed that if you cancel your booking giving more than 4 weeks notice you will receive a full refund of your deposit less a £20.00 administration fee.
